I am going to be in Montreal for the next couple of weeks.
I will stay in Hotel Zero 1 - Boulevard René-Lévesque Est, Montreal, QC, Canada.
Could you tell if there is a swimming pool (25m or 50m) around this address where I can go and practice swimming?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the Olympic pool is closed for renovations. Only the training pool (2x25m 6 lanes underneath the stands) is open. Here is the info.
Some other options:
Cegep Vieux-Montreal (salt water pool in community college) Closest to your hotel & has free swims most weekday evenings from 5:30-9pm--
Y downtown Right downtown about 4 metro stops from hotel
Claude-Robillard further afield but a nice pool
