Sunbelt Championship Meet in Charlotte

I've been lurking for awhile on this forum and always enjoy reading the advice from other members on here. I finally joined USMS last week and will be swimming my first meet in 12 years this weekend. Anybody else on here swimming in this meet? I'm excited to get some real times this weekend...something I can use for motivation to keep swimming and getting better. I will be swimming the 100 fly, 200 back, 50 free, 100 IM, 50 fly, 50 ***, 100, free and 200 fly:drowning:. I've attached the psych sheet for anyone interested.7066 I do have a question about some rule changes since the last time I swam in a meet. Do most masters swimmers utilize the single dolphin kick on the *** underwater pull? I know it's legal now, but has anyone been dqed for it? Also the two hand touch has been changed to the simultaneous touch correct? Your hands can be uneven as long as your hands touch simultaneously? Any other rule changes I should be aware of in the last 10 years or so?

Thanks for the info Allen and aquageek. Just wanted to make sure I didn't get dqed in my first masters meet. It feels much more natural to do the dolphin kick when I begin the pull than to dk then do the pull. Does anyone do the back to *** turn? I noticed last year Davis Tarwater was dqed in the 400 IM. I assume it was from this turn. I'm looking forward to a good turn out and swimming against some fast swimmers.
