I'm surprised they didn't ask about resting HR in the lifestyles survey; or ask for some indication about the intensity of the physical activity; there's a huge difference between 60 minutes a day of mild housework and 60 minutes of swimming or running. Either way, I felt pretty good about the fact that my "biological" age came up 7 years less than my chronological age... but I think my biological age is probably even younger than that! ;)
