Do most people here wear a swim cap when you do your workouts? The reason I'm asking is because I noticed that I seem to be one of the few who wears a swim cap at my pool.
I only wear a swim cap in a workout when either:
The air or water temp are too cold, or
I want to simulate racing conditions
Define air temp "too cold"...
" or less anyway, usually less. I've just always worn a cap at meets, except a couple times at high school state or college nats when I took the razor to my head.
