Do most people here wear a swim cap when you do your workouts? The reason I'm asking is because I noticed that I seem to be one of the few who wears a swim cap at my pool.
Mostly do not wear swim caps. However, I do wear one when swimming outdoors in cool and/or rainy weather. I will also wear one when at a swim meet.
I feel a swim cap allows me to swim just a little bit faster than the rest of the pack. I have no preference lycra or silicone, both seem to work just as well for me.
