Do most people here wear a swim cap when you do your workouts? The reason I'm asking is because I noticed that I seem to be one of the few who wears a swim cap at my pool.

On my age group team when I was 10 you had to wear a cap if your hair was longer than 1". I started wearing a cap then and have worn one ever since. I find the cap does help prevent your hair from getting fried. Especially if you shower before.
