Do most people here wear a swim cap when you do your workouts? The reason I'm asking is because I noticed that I seem to be one of the few who wears a swim cap at my pool.

Ditto where I swim. My biggest issue with people not wearing caps is when I pick up a strand of hair between my fingers while taking a stroke.
That grosses me out too especially when you can't get rid of it:D. That's why I wear a cap. My hair isn't long but not totally short(kinda the Leonardo DiCaprio style). I always assumed that too much chlorine might dry out the hair too much but now that I think of it, I doubt the cap will really make a difference.
I do tend to get hot from my silicone cap, especially after sprints it feels like my head is on fire. Maybe I'll just swim without one in the future.
