Do most people here wear a swim cap when you do your workouts? The reason I'm asking is because I noticed that I seem to be one of the few who wears a swim cap at my pool.
Where I swim most guys don't wear caps,but a few do.It is unusual to see a woman who is a serious swimmer without a cap.For workouts, my wife loves lycra caps.Her head doesn't overheat and it never slips,problems she has had with latex and silicone caps.
