I came up with an 80% effort as a good threshold for discomfort (maybe not suffering)
Say you're 100 free time is :50.0
The formula would be:
5 x 100 (10 seconds slower than 100 free time equals 80% effort) w/30 seconds rest.
or 5 x 100 (minute repeats) on a 1:30 interval
If you're 100 free time is a minute...
5 x 100 (@ 80% effort = 1:12 repeats) on a 1:42 interval (30 seconds rest)
