How much do you suffer during a set of 5 x 100 :30 rest at a fast pace? (perceived effort)
What do you mean by fast pace? Better write in % of the MHR (max heart rate). It really depends: if the fast pace is 80-85% MHR or under anaerobic threshold then it would be quite fine or 6-7, but 90-95% would be unbearable - 10 (I'm not sure I would complete 10 reps with so small rest :bolt:).
