Training Plan for Nationals

Getting my training plan together for Nationals and just wanted to poll others to see what you're doing as comparison. Thinking of periodization - breaking into 6-week training blocks with each one focusing on a particular area (strength, endurance, speed, etc)....Keeping yards in the 4500-6000 range for each workout, 5x week...incorporating some Dry Lands as well. Periodic in-season meets to gauge training. Any thoughts? How are others preparing?

Which left me overtrained, drained and SLOW! I find 3000-3500 yards just right with much technique focus..I love the 200 ***! Good luck and keep checking in!
