Training Plan for Nationals

Getting my training plan together for Nationals and just wanted to poll others to see what you're doing as comparison. Thinking of periodization - breaking into 6-week training blocks with each one focusing on a particular area (strength, endurance, speed, etc)....Keeping yards in the 4500-6000 range for each workout, 5x week...incorporating some Dry Lands as well. Periodic in-season meets to gauge training. Any thoughts? How are others preparing?

Depends what events you're training for Months out I usually train middle distance with some sprint then add more speed and strength and I get closer then a final layer of rest I tend to do one or 2 meets a season. I prefer 2. You can do meet-like swims in practice.
