  • A lot! Glad you were able to keep on swimming! :woot: Thanks, rx! Fortunately, my sternoclavicular joint injury turned out to me quite minor, relatively speaking. If it had been a full dislocation, I would have been looking at six weeks recovery. :afraid:But, I think the muscles were more affected than the ligament, so I was only out of the water for one week. Today was my third day back in and I am almost 100%.:bliss:But, it was a wake up call, for sure, and I will be making an appointment with a PT upon my return! :agree:
