Actually James can swim a very good 200 BR (short course at least.) I am looking forward to racing him. It should be fun!
Very true Allen. Short course breaststroke is more about the pushoffs (leg strength) and pullouts (arm strength) moreso than the breaststroke swimming (and kicking that I suck at). If there is a video, it will show that I take the lead, and Allen starts moving up on each length...the trick is being far enough ahead at the end that he can't move up on me.
