The SCM pendulum is swinging away from us this fall. Last fall there were three SCM meets in Oregon alone! (Plus two in PNA, two in Utah, and one in Alaska.) This fall is looking like slimmer pickings with the two you mentioned plus Alaska's meet and two in Utah. The Alaska meet and the first Utah meet both get asterisks due to technically occurring in the summer. The other Utah meet is a Senior Games so infants like myself cannot participate.
The only SCM meet I know about in Georgia will be the St. Nicholas SCM Invitational, at Georgia Tech, on December 15. Info. is not available yet, but check back here: www.georgiamasters.org/.../meet_schedule.cfm
December 7-9 SCM
New England LMSC SCM Championships
Boston University
Where did you find this? I've been looking for the dates for a couple of weeks, and I confess, I can't find them. Do tell!

We'll possibly be having a SCM meet in Sandpoint, Idaho this fall/winter. I missed the conference call this last week, but they may have mentioned something about it. The pool is SCM, but it's nothing to write home about. Mainly the gutter system, or lack of, is the downfall of the pool. I remember swimming the 100 and 200 Fly there about 3 years ago, and it was "fun".
But it is another opportunity.
I will almost certainly go to this one. The pool in Columbia is surprisingly fast, and the meet is very professionally run. Diann Uustal set two world records at this meet the last two years (both in Lane 1!), and the officials had the paperwork filled out almost before she got out of the pool. It's a really good meet.
I wish I could go, but I have commitments on every day of that meet! :bouncing: Have fun, Swimosaur and Steve! I'll see you guys at Georgia Tech, instead. :agree:
