Hello,
I was a competitive swimmer in high school and just coming back to the pool after 13 years of being out of the water. I just joined Masters and so I am late catching onto some of the terminology.
I have been doing workouts on my own and am confused on some of the drills:
1 x 100: +15
1 x 75: + 10
I guess I am old school but I don't even remember this in high school. Someone help!!! I need a good website that explains terminology and sets etc.
