I was a competitive swimmer in high school and just coming back to the pool after 13 years of being out of the water. I just joined Masters and so I am late catching onto some of the terminology.
I have been doing workouts on my own and am confused on some of the drills:
1 x 100: +15
1 x 75: + 10
I guess I am old school but I don't even remember this in high school. Someone help!!! I need a good website that explains terminology and sets etc.

Could I get a little more context on this? Maybe post a little more of the set? Looking at this, my best guess is that it's swim a 100, take 15 seconds rest, then swim a 75, then take 10 seconds rest but that doesn't make sense based upon the above.

most likely the +15 is the amount of rest.

Sorry I think I was vague. I pulled this off some of the workouts I have been doing. So here is an example:
MAIN SET:
1 x 200: last 50 Catchup +10
1 x 300: last 50 Catchup +15
1 x 400: last 50 Catchup +20
1 x 500: last 50 Catchup +25
