I don't know how flyers can keep going.
'cause we don't worry about any of that "easy-speed" stuff. :D I just get going and hang on. You get in a rythem and keep going. As long as you don't stop, you're good. Find a breathing pattern, and stick to it. Simple enough.
I did a 500 Fly back in college once, and went a 5:14, out at a 2:02 for the 200. :banana:
As a master, I've done it 3 times now, and am down to a 5:58 with plans to drop even more.
