Are dome caps faster vs regular caps? And if so, per 50 are we talking hundredths of a seconds or tenths? Im pretty skeptical but have no experience with them.
I have a small head, so latex caps are always wrinkling/ridging up and air bubbling on me. I cant seem to find any that will fit nicely.
Thanks for your input!

I personally feel that more of the swimming and speed/endurance comes from how you train (as a sprinter or a distance person) and not by what you can buy...but maybe I'm old school.
But if you've done the work, why not spend a few extra bucks to get the most out of your work input? Even us old school guys wore Arena paper suits for our big end of season meets... Not some baggy nylon training suit from the grab bag.
TYR Socket Rockets: $10
TYR Tracer Light: $90
TYR dome cap: $20
Wearing nothing made or sold by Speedo: priceless
