Are dome caps faster vs regular caps? And if so, per 50 are we talking hundredths of a seconds or tenths? Im pretty skeptical but have no experience with them.
I have a small head, so latex caps are always wrinkling/ridging up and air bubbling on me. I cant seem to find any that will fit nicely.

I think they make a difference. I'm not sure how much of a difference they make, but they allow you to embrace the attitude of "I'm going to do everything legally possible to improve my chance of swimming fast."
They're not that expensive, so why not.
