  • Podium yes, but faster than Magnussen?No, but still a Top 8 contender. I'm rooting for Jennifer Beckberger in the 100 FR today. She's an ASU alum who coached my team before heading back to Canada to train for the trials.We met Jenn in the stands yesterday and she was very nice to my daughter (she noticed her Scottsdale Aquatic Club t-shirt and struck up a conversation). We cheered her on this morning, but she ended up the 9th Canadian and won't be in the A final (0.08 between her and 8th). She still has the 50 tomorrow, so we'll root her on again.
