Brent Hayden went 48.53 tonight. No one else went under 49 so I'm not really fearing the relay from the north at this point. Hayden might make the podium in the individual event though - I think he's got plenty more speed.

Hayden seemed to get no boost at all from the suits in 2008, when he could have won the 100. That's the best anti-suits argument I can imagine: the suits cost poor Canada and their nice guy (I'm assuming he's nice; he's Canadian) a gold medal.
