I've looked on the Fina site but I'm not sure I found the correct answer so I'll ask the resident experts. Do Fina Masters rules allow for "butterfrog?" What about breaststroke kick for backstroke?
It is my understanding that FINA is actually slightly looser in the rules in that I don't believe they limit the number of BR kicks/cycle.FINA rules are the same as USMS “Only one breaststroke kick is permitted per arm pull...” (MSW 3.10)
