Fina Masters Rules

I've looked on the Fina site but I'm not sure I found the correct answer so I'll ask the resident experts. Do Fina Masters rules allow for "butterfrog?" What about breaststroke kick for backstroke?

Thank you Allen. My friend will be very happy with this news! I knew it was legal for USMS, but wasn't sure about Fina events.
