The elevators in our building have little TVs in them. As I was riding up this morning one of the "latest" headlines was that Thorpe failed to qualify in the 200m free. I didn't know if I should be pleased that this fact rose to the level of being a headline or disappointed that it took them almost a week to mention it.
Maybe next week they will report that Duke's men's basketball team failed to win their first round game in the NCAA tournament. :D
