As I entered my yardage in my Fitness Log today, I noticed that we are 20% through the year. I also noticed that I’m about 10 miles behind my goal pace. My new mini goal is to get back on pace by the end of March… I want that Nike draw string bag!!!
I’m finding that having a Goal and the annoying reminder “You'll need to pick up the pace to achieve your goal this year:” is actually working to get me to the pool on days that I would in the past have skipped.
How about you?

I love my FLOG and track every workout I do. Now that the year comes to an end, I would love to get all my tracked workouts (I write down every practice I swim in my FLOG) printed so I can go back anytime I need a workout idea or am too busy to write a new workout. Does FLOG have that feature?
I love that I don't have to carry around my practice book anymore daily to immediately write down my workouts, therefore FLOG is really convenient and of course additionally being able to participate in GTD is extra motivation.
I am actually considering going back to the good old book if there is no such feature. Can anyone help?
Agreed, that would be a very cool feature. I don't know if it exists or not.
However, if it doesn't, I have a method that may work for you. I keep a document with workouts I've done and liked or ones I want to try in a Google Doc, which is like Word but it lives in the cloud, and when I FLOG something and want to keep it I cut and paste it into that document. It's a two step process but I can get back to both places from any computer with internet access.
