I wear suits that are considered "racing suits" for meets. I don't wear racing suits during practice or workouts, so I consider my workout/practice suits to be my "drag" suits.
My practice suits have rough fabric (i.e., Speedo endurance) that hold a lot of water. I've proven to myself that I definitely swim faster in a meet than I do during practice, which I partly attribute to the change in suit type.
