I haven't swam in quite a while (october), and I've started to notice that my stomach is kinda flabby now (even moreso since I've lost a bunch of weight this past year).
Just wondering if anyone has tips for me to get back into decent swim shape. I'm not planning on racing anymore, just trying to get to the pool a few times a week.
Also, what should I use after my swim so my hair doesn't get destroyed by the chlorine? That's the main reason why I stopped in october because my hair was always dead.:badday:
Use a cap.
If pool water still makes it's way under your cap you can moisten hair first with sodium thiosulphate. This would either salt out free chlorine or reduce your hair to nothing so you need not worry anymore:D
Really, pool water when properly treated does not ruin hair.
