Apprently there is a group of Masters Swimmers in NY. They do a
100 Yard X 100 times swim. I take it that this is 100 repeats of
100 yards. What is the repeat time? Every 2 min. 3 min? Think
this workout is super for long distance training.
i did 10x10x100scm. I started with 1:30 + 30sec efter 10, then had to go up to 1:35. next year I will do the 1:40 or 100 sec and mix in som IM's since doing them all free got boring.
