100 X 100 + 10,000 Question

Apprently there is a group of Masters Swimmers in NY. They do a 100 Yard X 100 times swim. I take it that this is 100 repeats of 100 yards. What is the repeat time? Every 2 min. 3 min? Think this workout is super for long distance training.
