What are some ways to drop time in the 100 butterfly ? and is Stretch Cordz A good way to drop time in the 100 butterfly?

  • Depends on your training. If you are in the water a lot, swim a LOT of fly. In every distance. If you are in the weight room, do specific weight training for fly muscles (especially core). If you only have stretch cords, use them. Focus all of your training on one race and you will improve.
