Hello Guys, i need help with my 50 free BAD. My fastest time was 23.39 Which i went in Feburary of 2011 and in my recent meet about two weeks ago i went a 23.60 which im very dissapointed with.
I have the video from the meet because i know my freestyle isnt perfect and i would love your guys opinion on what i can do to get better i hope to go between 22.4 and 22.7 by March- April of 2012
The quality isnt that good since it was recorded with my Iphone 4 and it is turned to the side for some reason.

Do you find you are faster on top than underwater? You came up faster than most off the dive, but then came up later than most off the turn.
Figure out which works best for you, than plan on working that aspect at both the start and the turn.
From what I could observe, it seems you are faster on top, but only you know if your legs died at the turn, causing your slow breakout.
