Hello Guys, i need help with my 50 free BAD. My fastest time was 23.39 Which i went in Feburary of 2011 and in my recent meet about two weeks ago i went a 23.60 which im very dissapointed with.
I have the video from the meet because i know my freestyle isnt perfect and i would love your guys opinion on what i can do to get better i hope to go between 22.4 and 22.7 by March- April of 2012
The quality isnt that good since it was recorded with my Iphone 4 and it is turned to the side for some reason.

In the 100 I went 52.2 ( horrible) and I went 1:57 in the 200 free( horrible)

What sort of training did you do coming into the meet?
What was the order of the races at the meet?
How much rest did you get between each event?
Did you make any mistakes in any of your races?
There's many more pertinant questions.
Focus on the process. Your times at meets are just outcomes. Learn from them and improve. Most of the time in swimming, you get what you give.
If you REALLY want to swim faster at meets
