Hello Guys, i need help with my 50 free BAD. My fastest time was 23.39 Which i went in Feburary of 2011 and in my recent meet about two weeks ago i went a 23.60 which im very dissapointed with.
I have the video from the meet because i know my freestyle isnt perfect and i would love your guys opinion on what i can do to get better i hope to go between 22.4 and 22.7 by March- April of 2012
The quality isnt that good since it was recorded with my Iphone 4 and it is turned to the side for some reason.

23.xx is a very good time. You shouldn't be disappointed.
I'm stuck in your boat right now too. My best time in HS was 23.10 in the 50 free. Now, a junior in college swimming recreationally, I still cannot beat 23.10.
Granted, I don't have the best timing equipment at the moment, just a lifeguard with a stopwatch at the YMCA. One day, I was able to go to one of the schools in my consortium and bribe the swim coach to let me borrow the use of touch pads/timing system. What was my time?... 23.50.
So yeah, if anyone has any recommendations, let me know too.
