I'm really glad Clary made Phelps work for it.

I'm sure I wasn't the only one who saw this and said, "Holy f...!" This is by far Lochte's fastest 100 fly. As far as I can see his previous best in the 100 fly was 52.8, so definitely a nice swim!

Phelps' 400IM was interesting indeed this weekend. During the first week of April 2008, he was 4:13 at the Columbus Grand Prix. Recall that he then went on to go 4:05 and 4:03 at OT and Oly, respectively, after that. If he's remotely as conditioned, how does he not swim this event? He did not have a full body LZR in 2008, just legs.

I think he'll swim it in London if it fits into his schedule.
