The Inspiration of Mr. Couroboros!

Some of you may remember a newbie to these forums from several years back, Couroboros, an intriguing user name that, if memory serves me, refers to a creature chasing him own tail. Mr. Couroboros thought this aptly metaphorical for pool swimming, where one goes back and forth endlessly above a black line. At the time, he was overweight and a total neophyte to swimming. He asked for, and received, no shortage of advice from many generous and encouraging members of this forum. Now, three years later, he has written about his new sport in a great short essay here: www.daca.org/.../daca_rocks.html Mr. Couroboros: you do swimming proud! Keep on chasing your tail in the years to come.

Congrats on the weight loss! I wouldn't say I did anything additional for my abs. Before this thread was posted, as a matter of fact, I didn't even think my abs were all that remarkable. :shakeshead: I have been told that we all have quite remarkable looking abs. It is just that for the majority of us they lie hidden behind a blubbery blanket never to be revealed. Yours have been disrobed, so to speak.
