For those of you who use swim masks I have the following questions.
1. Which are the best ones?
2. Does it give more resistance when you swim?
3. Do you feel any difference between a swim mask and goggles?
4. Why did you switch to a swim mask?
Goggles giving me a headache, my new aquasphere do not seal well enough. leak when pushing off the wall. Any suggestions?
I had the same problem when I used to use Aquasphere. Try applying Vaseline to the skin around your eyes for better suction and to help protect your skin from irritation. It also helps to have the strap go around the crown of your head, rather than lower down. Finally put your cap on over your Aquasphere for a better fit. Good luck!
