For those of you who use swim masks I have the following questions.
1. Which are the best ones?
2. Does it give more resistance when you swim?
3. Do you feel any difference between a swim mask and goggles?
4. Why did you switch to a swim mask?
I have a couple Aquasphere Vista masks. I like the fact that they don't leave goggle marks around my eyes. I am a 55 year old female, my skin is much less reseilient than in it's younger years and my goggles marks stay for most of the day.
I will say it takes a couple laps to get used to the change in depth perception caused by the mask.
Also my mask lost its seal after about 6 months. I'm not sure why.
I still use traditional goggles for racing (pool and ow) or faster effort practices.
