Water shirts for midday workout?

Has anyone found a rash guard or swim shirt that enables them to workout at least somewhat like they would without it? Every year I keep expecting speedo or one of the manufacturers to advertise a viable fabric that clings to the skin while maintaining a decent level of breathability and uv protection. Anyway, anything out there that works well for people?

Seems like you need to find a pool that's indoors (or at least covered) so you're not exposed to direct sun light and UV rays. The idea of a "Water Shirt" sounds pretty yucky and it brings up memories of the tech suit concept. :eeew: D2
