Has anyone found a rash guard or swim shirt that enables them to workout at least somewhat like they would without it? Every year I keep expecting speedo or one of the manufacturers to advertise a viable fabric that clings to the skin while maintaining a decent level of breathability and uv protection.
Anyway, anything out there that works well for people?

good idea.
They have some polyester ones from speedo at the sporting goods store near here. $30, not too bad but you'd have to test the fit since not lycra.
