Water shirts for midday workout?

Has anyone found a rash guard or swim shirt that enables them to workout at least somewhat like they would without it? Every year I keep expecting speedo or one of the manufacturers to advertise a viable fabric that clings to the skin while maintaining a decent level of breathability and uv protection. Anyway, anything out there that works well for people?

Body Glove rashguards are comfortable and skintight. They're great for messing around, bodysurfing, etc. Not optimal for swimming fast in a pool, but I used mine a lot for swimming La Jolla cove. I usually split my workout half and half between indoor and outdoor pools when I find myself swimming at midday. Either that or pester my wife to help grease me up with SPF 50.
