I am a registered USMS member (Your Name, USMS ID: Your ID Number) and participated in the same gender category, age group, and event.

It is my understanding that USMS requires trans female athletes (male-to-female) to have completed at least one year of continuous hormone therapy and to maintain serum testosterone levels below 5 nmol/L for the preceding twelve months, with appropriate documentation.
