Hey all,
I'm thinking about training to compete in the Summer Nationals this year (I'm chubby and slow right now so maybe not :) ) and maybe planning a family vacation at the same time as my events are spread out between days. Is there any fun things to do in Maryland to entertain the parents and have some fun?
The university has an outdoor rec facility (with pool). Does anyone know if this will be available for use during the meet for the families being dragged along?
You would have to call the recreation department to inquire about the use of the facility to non-members. I don't know what their guest policy may be. Here is the website:
