Since I basically plan on being at the meet or in the hotel I was not planning to rent a car.I paid for the shuttle pass,but I assume I pick that up at the pool.How do I get to the pool to get the pass?
Anyone have any insight on the taxi situation in Santa Clara -- will I be hail a cab at the pool, or is a phone call required?
Santa Clara is pretty suburban, transportation-wise. You will not find circulating cabs to hail the way you might in a major metropolitan downtown. No doubt you can call for one, however.
