Legal oils for Nats?

Back in the old days ,way before tech suits, we rubbed oils or other lotions on to allow us to swim faster. After we shaved then we applied stuff wherever water came into contact with the body. Are they still allowed?

I will get block there & save my bottles for fast lotion. Thanx for input swimmers.
