Just noticed the schedule for Austin

Warmups are from 7:30-8:30 with the meet starting at 8:35 a.m. Every other USMS Nationals I recall attending had the events starting at 8:00.

I believe the reason for the late start was to accomodate an early swim practice for those swimmers that have qualified to attend Olympic Trials. Oh, good. Then Susan von der Lippe can get some extra yards in!
