Meet Champion Masters Swimmer, Glenn Gruber (60 - 64)

*Flyer on the 2012 USMS National Champion 200y medley relay
*2012 SPMS Regional Champion 50m butterfly
*High Point Award Winner - 2012 SPMS Regional Championships
*Currently ranked 3rd nationally 50m butterfly (30.62)
If you are a butterfly specialist or want to be a butterfly specialist you can't afford to miss this UNIQUE and RADICAL approach to the rigors of sprint butterfly...
LEARN the importance of splitting the race..
LEARN important tips on stroke count...
LEARN new ways to streamline... and more!!!
Learn to split the race like no one has ever done before...You'll be saying "That's unbelievable" when you see how Glenn takes out the first 50 in a blazing 31.0 and brings it back in a truly awesome 46.0
You will be amazed as you watch Glenn show you how to MORE THAN DOUBLE your stroke count from 6 on the first length to a WHOPPING 18 on the last 25 (How does he do that??)
But Wait...There's more...
Learn the technique Glenn calls "VERTICAL STREAMLINING". This is an amazing new technique where Glenn starts swimming in the traditional horizontal streamline position and then magically transitions into the NEW vertical streamline position EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT...
Finally, watch Glenn as he demonstrates how to carry a WORLD RECORD size grand piano on his back for a full 27 meters.
Plans are being made for a clinic near you.
COST: Pay what it's worth!
Glenn, if someone videoed your race, you should consider putting it up on a Pay Per View basis. You could make a fortune, human nature being what it is! who among us doesn't enjoy a good spectacle?

Hmm.. Let's wait and see how the LCM season goes...you never know.
Although I must say, I really doubt that my teammates will ask me to do the 100 fly on the medley relay again!
The guy in this video (Lane 3) may have taken your class last year...must wait for it...

Ouch!! It looked like he probably finished legal, but that is part of the damnable part of the 200 fly,if you die too badly you are not only in agony, you may be DQd.
To emulate this, it's critical to study the swimmer and his race data
The swimmer is Chip Castagnos, 44 with BLU Rowdy Gaines Blu Frog
He did much better in his 50 & 100 Fly.

his splits were

and his strokes per length were
07, 09,
09, 10,
10, 11,
12, 15
(however on his last length, from beneath the flags to the wall, he took an impressive 6 strokes before finally touching.)
Also it seems his breathing pattern changed from one up one down to one with each stroke.)
His knee bend on his last few lengths seem to be much more pronounced.
