USMS Marketing Initiatives: Celia and Kenny
Very interactive and participatory group. No notes. But lots of chatting and sharing. Numerous fun ideas that are specific to some teams , but also broad. Some that stick out:
Custom logo on gear, stickers, flyers, free swims for a month, volunteering at Tri’s or other events to make pancakes, hand out gear, time, etc., promoting team with clinics, water safety awareness, big discussion on SM-be consistent and pick a platform, BE on SM as emails appear to not be effective
