      Supporting Local Coaches – Crystie McGrail, Cory Nguyen

      1. Provide zoom meetings to give coaches more information. Run by LMSC Coach’s Chair
      2. LMSC consider covering the coaches program swim fees so coaches can get workouts in – possibly with a group/team/club that is not the one they coach.
      3. Have a Guest Coach – develop a Mentor/Mentee program – use USMS mentor program
      4. Encourage and provide financial support for coaches to attend the National Coaches Clinic
