Main:

300 @ 4:15 every 4th length back, descend by round

4 x 50 descend @ :50 25ba/25fr

 

3x (kick w/fins):

200 strong @ 3:00

100 moderate @ 1:30

    The guards wouldn't let us get in the competition pool this morning because the water level was down about a foot.  So, we got to swim in the 90 degree instructional pool.  Even though the instructional pool is short course, we still did the long course intervals from the workout I had brought to have time to get our heads out of the water. It was sooo hot!
